UNIFORM PROVISIONS CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF MOPEDS EQUIPPED WITH A POSITIVE-IGNITION ENGINE WITH REGARD TO THE EMISSION OF GASEOUS POLLUTANTS BY THE ENGINE
This Regulation applies to the emission of gaseous pollutants from positive-ignition engines of two-wheeled or three-wheeled vehicles with an unladen weight of less than 400 kg, a maximum design speed not exceeding 50 km/h and a cylinder capacity not exceeding 50 cm3.
