适用范围

HD 的本部分（第 13 部分）详细规定了额定电压（Uo/U）最高为 300/500 V 且为 300/500 V、正常运行时导体最高温度为 70 C 的耐油聚氯乙烯绝缘和护套柔性电缆的具体规格。所有电缆均应符合第 1 部分中给出的相应要求，且各个类型的电缆均应符合本部分的具体要求。
