This standard specifies a method for determining the flash point of paints, varnishes and related products when tested by this method. This method is suitable for use with temperatures ranging between 5 and 65oC, although some of the apparatus cannot cover all this range on using the thermometer supplied With the apparatus. This method allows for necessary corrections of deviations in atmospheric pressure.
