The tolerances specified in this document apply to the threaded portion of thread taps with ground profile with thread diameter over 2,8 mm and pitch 0,5 mm, intended for the manufacture of ISO metric nut threads of tolerances 7G and 8G. In addition, this document regulates the use of special tolerances which apply to materials requiring special processing and to specific cases of processing.
