What is ISO 2836 about?
ISO 2836 discusses graphic technology of prints and printing inks. A quality printed material would result in better product appearance and legibility of product information. ISO 2836 helps you with the longevity of printed material.
ISO 2836 specifies methods of assessing the resistance of printed materials to liquid and solid agents, solvents, varnishes, and acids. It applies to printing on all substrates by any of the traditional printing processes (offset, screen, gravure, flexo) as well as the newer digital processes (inkjet, electrophotography).
