适用范围

This International Standard specifies a method using Karl Fischer reagent for the determination of the water content of animal and vegetable fats and oils (hereinafter referred to as fats) that do not contain im-purities such as soaps or other alkaline compounds which may react to produce high results. It is only applicable to fats with low water content.
