This British Standard prescribes those special rules which, in conjunction with the general rules contained in Section 2 of BS 9520, are required for the preparation of detail specifications for rectangular electrical connectors with integral metal housings (shells) of assessed quality for d.c. and LF applications at the full and basic assessment levels.
