Modern cloud seeding technologies may be successfully applied to
help resolve community issues, and have been for over 50 years. Recent
technological and scientific advances, along with contemporary socioeconomic
problems, strengthen the impetus for seeking applications of
modern cloud seeding technologies that could benefit our society, primarily
in regions where additional precipitation is viewed as an economic
asset.
