This method specifies the quantitative analysis method for mineral filler and mineral coating of paper.
Remark This method can be used for coated paper using protein such as a casein and starch adhesives. It cannot be used for special coated papers using lacquer, warnish or similar adhesives. This method cannot differentiate fillers and coated pigments, but rather measure total amount of fillers and coated pigments.
