This Korean Industrial Standard specifies alternating current watt-hour (electrical energy) meters composed of single-element or 2 or more elements, to be used singly, namely not combined with instrument transformers, in circuit of single-phase 2-wire or single-phase 3-wire, three-phase 3-wire and three-phase 4-wire systems, hereinafter referred to as the "meters".
Further, meters with supplementary devices shall comply with this standard for the watt-hour meter part, as far as possible, under the condition that the supplementary devices are attached.
