This Korean Industrial Standard specifies gas fryer for commercial use(1)(hereafter referred to as "fryer") using liquefied petroleum gas or town gas(2) (hereafter referred to "gas") as nominal gas consumption of fryer shall not be more than 70 kW.
Note (1) Fryer means appliance which is fry a food as heating of oil in the oil bath.
(2) Liquefied petroleum gas refers to the gas specified in KS M 2150, and the town gas refers to the gas specified in KS B 8101. Remark All pressure in this standard is gauge pressure except the atmospheric pressure.
