This Korean Industrial Standard specifies gas soup kettle for commercial use(1) (hereafter referred to as "soup kettle") using liquefied petroleum gas or town gas(2) (hereafter referred to as "gas") as nominal gas consumption(3) of soup kettle shall not be more than 70 kW in order to use at restaurant or refectory etc..
Note (1) Soup kettle means appliance which is boiled water and soup in the inner kettle heated by attached burner of kettle's lower part.
(2) Liquefied petroleum gas refers to the gas specified in KS M 2150, and the town gas refers to the gas specified in KS B 8101.
(3) The nominal gas consumption refers to the values indicated on the soup kettle as gas volume to be consumed when gas consumption of soup kettle is maximum state.
Remark All pressure in this standard is gauge pressure except the atmospheric pressure.
