This Korean Industrial Standard specifies gas range for commercial use(1) (hereafter referred to as "range") using liquefied petroleum gas or town gas(2) (hereinafter referred to "gas") as nominal gas consumption(3) of range is over 14 kW or burner which gas consumption exceeded 6 kW is attached in order to use at restaurant etc.. However, the range with burner which gas consumption exceeded 24 kW shall not be applied. Note (1) Range means appliance to cook by pot on the burner.
(2) Liquefied petroleum gas refers to the gas specified in KS M 2150, and the town gas refers to the gas specified in KS B 8101.
(3) The nominal gas consumption refers to the values indicated on the range as gas volume to be consumed when gas consumption of range is maximum state.
Remark All pressure in this standard is gauge pressure except the atmospheric pressure.
