This Korean Industrial Standard specifies the flux cored wires (hereafter referred to as "wires"), to be used in gas shielded and self-shielded metal arc welding of mild steels, high strength steels of 490 N/mm2 class and 590 N/mm2 class in tensile strength, and low temperature service steel such as aluminium killed steel.
