This Pakistan Standard applies to vegetable parchment to be used for the wrapping of dairy and other food products.
Such vegetable parchment may be of two kinds :
(a) Hard neutral vegetable parchment, i.e. not con taining a softening agent.
(b) Neutral vegetable parchment to which a soften ing agent has been added. Glycerine is the cus tomary softening agent and is the only one dealt with in this specification.
