This standard presents the co-ordinating dimensions for both flat and corrugated sheets used for cladding, insulation, sound absorption, etc. It is intended for application to sheets made of a large number of materials — asbestos cement, concrete, gypsum plaster, glass, ce-ramics, metals, plastics, stone, wood etc. as well as sheets made of these materials combined with other materials.
The standard is applicable for basic dimensioning in connection with product standardiza-tion. The inter-corrugation spacing (pitch), the design of the corrugations, etc. are covered by other standards.
The standard is based on an ISO proposal.
Measurements expressed as n x M are modul?r measurements where n is an integer > 0 and 1 M = 100 mm.
