This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies a test method for the determination of the slip resistance of ceramic tiles to be used for floors exposed to water (hereinafter referred to as tiles) when personnel move on them. Accessories manufactured under the same conditions as flat tiles need not be subjected to testing.
