This Standard is not intended to be used as the completed design documentation or the instruction for use. Any person, organization or business enterprise does not necessarily evade the ob- servance responsibility for other related regulations even if it conforms to this Stan- dard. NOTE : For the fuel cell stack of external humidification type, the test may be per- formed by connecting the humidifier which the manufacturer offers.
