This code of practice covers minimum requirements for the best practices in the field of revenue protection for electricity suppliers. It can also be used by other suppliers or by service providers where applicable. 2 It outlines the basic procedures, resources and training for the supplier and also for its contractors and customers, which should be in place to ensure good revenue protection.
