适用范围

This Recommendation sets out various procedures for remuneration destination and transit Administrations for international telephone communications. The addition of three new remuneration procedures adapted to the new market condition is proposed. These are: the settlement rate procedure, the termination charge procedure and a third procedure, called special arrangements.
