This Standard specifies requirements and methods of test for hydraulic cements consisting of Portland cement or of mixtures of Portland cement and one or both of fly ash and ground granulated iron blastfurnace slag.
It does not purport to provide for all the requirements which may be needed in specific applications of such cements.
