This European Standard specifies a method for the determination of ochratoxin A in cereal based foods for infants and young children by high performance liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity column clean up. It has been validated with cereal based food for infants and young children at levels from 0, 023 μg/kg to 0, 225 μg/kg. The limit of quantification of the method has been demonstrated to be 0, 007 μg/kg (value derived from an in-house study).
