This document offers concepts applicable to all other J.380 parts, leaving the normative details to the individual documents. It provides a high level view of the logical services and general setup procedures (i.e., registration and deregistration) as well as an introduction to the message pairing paradigms used throughout the Recommendation Sub-series.
