Monitoring the effects of genetically modified organisms (GMO) - Qualitative methods for the detection of genetically engineered nucleic acids in the environment
The procedure described in this guideline is suited, amongst other samples, for the analysis of DNA extracted from plant materials, soil, and compost. This method can also be applied to analyse DNA from other matrices, such as feed materials and foodstuffs.
