Assessment criteria for Building Services - Requirement profiles and valuation criteria for refrigeration plants (to cost type 430 ventilation and air-conditioning)
This guideline provides a summary of technical specifications and requirements profiles for refrigeration plants for use in room air conditioning systems. Possible evaluation criteria are also described. The listings can be used to select which criteria should be used on a building project for specific planning stages. The various prerequisites can be completed by the building owner, user, overall planner, specialist planner or other planning participants and by contracting firms. It is the responsibility of the client to further refine (detail) the guideline criteria to suit the planning requirements and the tasks of the overall/specialist planners for a particular project and in line with the selected method of inviting tenders. The individual descriptions of the type and execution of the system and its components in the planning data sheets may have to be completed a number of times, depending on planning and room requirements (different areas of usage). The requirements of the building owner will, of course, influence the list. Insofar as trademarks and products are mentioned or described in the text or in illustrations, these do not represent specific recommendations by the VDITGA. This Part 4.2 must only be used in conjunction with guidelines VDI 6028, Part 1 and Part 4.1.
