This International Standard specifies the requirements for the approval, installation and maintenance of Iow- location lighting systems as defined in Chapter 11-2, Regulations 28 and 41-2 of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 (SOLAS 1974), as amended in 1996, and the IMO International Code for Fire Safety Systems.
