This European Standard specifies the method for the determination of the Moisture Condition Value (MCV) of mixtures. The moisture condition value test determines the suitability of a mixture for placing, compaction and trafficking by construction equipment. The standard is applicable to the testing of laboratory prepared or production mixtures and to mixtures susceptible to crushing during compaction. .
