This part of BS 7976 specifies the features, dimensions and characteristics of pendulum testers for use in determining the slip/skid resistance of surfaces.
This standard does not apply to the specific procedures for road and airfield surfaces in BS EN 13036-4, or to the use of the pendulum test as described in current product standards.
