This document contains process-specific directions for the design, construction and operation of mainly dry or semi-dry operating waste gas purification systems for industrial production processes and incineration units. The results shown in the figures and tables are typocal examples. Because of the numerous interdependencies between system and waste gas parameters, they are applicable only to the specific case. The quoted operating data were measured in plants built according to the current state of the art.
