The document describes the preparation of calibration gas mixtures by continuous mixing of the gaseous components at controlled flow rates. In this method the flows of the complementary gas and the gasous constituents are determined as mass flows by temperature sensors and adjusted to preselected set-points by means of flow regulators which are controlled by a feedback circuit.
