Scope

This part of JB/T 4730 specifies the general requirements and usage principles of five non-destructive testing methods: radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing and eddy current testing. This section applies to non-destructive testing of pressure-bearing equipment made of metal materials in production and in use.
