Scope

This standard specifies the control requirements for the observation conditions of magnetic particle testing and penetrant testing, including the minimum requirements for white light irradiance and ultraviolet irradiance and their measurement methods, and is applicable to the detection methods observed by naked eyes. This standard does not contain requirements for the use of actinic blue light sources.
