Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the flexibility of paint films and putty films using a flexibility tester. The flexibility of paint films and putty films is expressed by the minimum shaft diameter that does not cause damage to the paint film and putty films. This standard applies to the determination of the flexibility of paint films and putty films.
