- This standard specifies the terms and definitions of cold-rolled low-carbon steel plates and strips, classification and grade representation methods, ordering content, size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates. This standard applies to cold-rolled low-carbon steel plates and strips (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and strips) with a thickness not greater than 3.5mm for cold forming.
