- The "Energy-saving Design Standard for Residential Buildings in Moderate Areas" is now approved as an industry standard, numbered JGJ475-2019, and will be implemented from October 1, 2019. Among them, Articles 4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.3.6, and 4.4.3 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented.
