GB/T 39518-2020 Geometrical product specifications (GPS) — Guidelines for the evaluation of coordinate measuring machine (CMM) test uncertainty for CMMs using single and multiple stylus contacting probing systems
This standard gives guidelines for evaluating the method of detection uncertainty when inspecting coordinate measuring machines in accordance with GB/T 16857.5. This standard applies to coordinate measuring machines configured with contact detection systems and using discrete point detection modes.
