Scope

This document describes the environmental test method for combined tests of low pressure and low temperature, atmospheric temperature, high temperature or damp heat. This document applies to combined tests of low pressure and low temperature, atmospheric temperature, high temperature or damp heat for optical and photonic instruments and ancillary components from other fields such as mechanical, chemical and electronic equipment.
