Scope

This part of GB/T6809 defines the terminology of emission control systems for reciprocating internal combustion engines. ISO 2710 1 provides a classification of reciprocating internal combustion engines and defines the basic terms for such engines and their operating characteristics. This part is classified according to the following terms: a) exhaust emission pollutants; b) emission control systems and devices; c) emission control system parameters.
