Scope: This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage, quality certificate and purchase order (or contract) content of cobalt-manganese three-element composite ammonia oxide. This standard is applicable to nickel-bath-manganese three-element composite oxygen oxide, whose chemical formula is NiCovMn_(OH); (where Z+y=1, Z=0 and y>0).
