Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the angle between the crystallographic direction of a single cubic crystal system refractory metal and the normal direction on the surface of a macroscopic sample by X-ray diffraction. This standard is applicable to the determination of the angle between the crystallographic orientation of cubic strains of difficult metals and the normal direction of the surface of macroscopic samples.
