- This standard specifies the basic requirements for the construction of rural centralized sewer collection households, design requirements, construction and project quality acceptance requirements. This standard applies to the construction of rural households in rural areas where sewage collection pipe networks and centralized treatment facilities have been built and are planned to be built. This standard does not apply to village-run enterprises, agricultural by-product processing and rural household construction with relocation plans within three years.
