This standard specifies the evaluation methods of hydrogen-induced delayed fracture of high-strength steel samples, hydrogen filling, constant load tensile test, slow strain rate tensile test, sample treatment after fracture, hydrogen content measurement, and test report. This standard applies to high-strength steels with a tensile strength not less than 800 MPa. High-strength steel with tensile strength lower than 800 MPa can be used as reference.
