This part of GB/T 4333 specifies the determination of the content of silicon, manganese, aluminum, calcium, chromium and iron in ferrosilicon by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This section applies to the determination of silicon, manganese, aluminum, calcium, chromium and iron content in ferrosilicon. The determination range of each element is shown in Table 1.
