This standard specifies the performance requirements for monitoring and measurement systems used for data acquisition and analysis in industrial, commercial and similar three-room power distribution systems. NOTE: These systems are embedded or can be connected to software applications that can summarize data and provide automated analysis. Automatic analysis can include the calculation of energy benchmarks or energy performance indicators required by GB/T23331-2012 energy management systems, or can be used during energy audits specified in ISO50002, or can be used to monitor devices that meet the requirements of IEC60364-8-1:2019 . These devices can also be used to certify for compliance labels such as LEED, BREEAM HGQE etc. This standard applies to: Input/Output Data Concentrator (IODC)-Data Gateway (DGW); Energy Data Logger (EDL); Energy Server (ESE). This standard does not apply to: - equipment used only in consumer markets (residential communities) or households; equipment used in smart metering infrastructure (such as smart energy meters); equipment used in smart grid infrastructure; information technology equipment used as an IT server; - power metering and monitoring equipment: performance measurement and monitoring devices with additional functions (such as energy data recording functions); - input/output data collection requirements already covered by relevant product standards; 1. Communication protocol and interoperability; 1. Power quality tester (PQD); 1. Software for power quality data acquisition and analysis on the power supply side.
