This standard specifies the determination of total chromium content in food by atomic absorption graphite furnace method and oscillographic polarography. This standard is applicable to the determination of total chromium content in various foods. The minimum detection limit of this standard: graphite furnace method is 0.2ng/mL; oscillographic polarography method is 1ng/mL.
