GB/T 3103.3-2020 Tolerances for fasteners－Plain washers

Scope: This part of GB/T 3103 specifies the tolerances for flat washers with a nominal diameter of 1 mm to 150 mm, product grades A, C and F, and used for combined connections with bolts, screws, studs and nuts. This section applies to non-combined and combined flat washers, standard and non-standard flat washers. This section can be used for non-flat washers. But not including all tolerances for non-flat washers. This section does not apply to conical washers. Product grade F and A washers are used for product grade A and B bolts, screws, studs and nuts, and product grade C washers are used for product grade C bolts, screws, studs and nuts. Note: The product grade refers to the tolerance range corresponding to the product type and size (product grade F corresponds to fine tolerance, product grade A corresponds to fine tolerance, and product grade C corresponds to large tolerance). Appendix A gives the standard tolerances and limit deviations of shafts and holes extracted from GB/T1800.1 and GB/T1800.2.
