Scope

This standard specifies the basic technical requirements and methods for in vitro mammalian cell TK locus gene mutation test. This standard is applicable to the evaluation of the genotoxicity of chemical, biological and physical factors involved in food production, processing, storage, transportation and sales that may cause health hazards.
