Scope

This part of GB/T 25895 gives guidelines for selecting and using water safety signs and beach safety flags in the aquatic environment. This section not only gives guidelines on the setting location, installation location, lighting and maintenance of water safety signs and beach safety flags, but also gives guidelines on the design and setting of assembly signs. This section applies to the selection and use of water safety signs and beach safety flags in the water environment. This section does not apply to traffic signs used in road and water traffic, nor does it apply to flags used in shooting ranges or flags indicating water quality. This section does not involve the use of evacuation signs and their lighting.
