Scope

This standard applies to data transmission between pollutant online monitoring (monitoring) systems, pollutant discharge process (working conditions) automatic monitoring systems and monitoring centers. It specifies the transmission process and parameter commands, interactive commands, data commands and control commands. The format of the code definition is given. This standard allows expansion, but the expansion of the content must not conflict with the control commands used or reserved in this standard. This standard also specifies the data transmission format between online monitoring (monitoring) instruments and data acquisition and transmission instruments, and also provides code definitions.
