Scope

This standard specifies the comprehensive energy consumption calculation principles, boundary division, calculation scope, calculation method and requirements for conversion into standard coal. This standard is applicable to the calculation of energy consumption indicators of energy-consuming units (including secondary energy-consuming units or their components).
